You can also bring your items to our warehouse during our designated drop-off hours. You’ll find available drop-off slots and can schedule your drop-off through your portal.

Once your items arrive at our warehouse, our team usually processes and checks them in within 1 to 3 business days. If there are any delays or issues, we’ll keep you informed right away.
